Open Retreat Days in Lajares. Are you looking for a day to relaxe, let go and disconnect from your daily life?
Where you even don’t have to cook because your private chef is preparing you the dinner while you just ended a wonderful morning Yoga Session or Massage? All this and more is possible for the next week. We open up our doors for a maximum amount of 4 people who would like to really enjoy a moment for themselves and receive some wonderful treatments. You can choose how much time you have and want to spend with us, in a beautiful and cosy villa in Lajares, with different terraces and a beautiful garden with pool. The lunch or dinners are always a 2-courses meal, with a starter and a main dish or we start with the main dish and finish with a light dessert. The food will be local, fresh, vegetarian or vegan and prepared from our private chef @j.j.saiz We offer Yoga Sessions with Svenja from @seainside_studio and Vanessa @soundhealing_and_yoga who will also do one of her beautiful Soundhealing for us. Furthermore you can receive an full body energetic and relaxing massage from @etittarelli or/and choose an energetic deep healing session from me. We also included our Icebath Session with Breathwork activities as well as our magical Mindful Volcanic Walk to witness the beauty of nature and the sunset from the top. Dates: 19.11. - 24.11

Our Yoga & Vision Retreat serves you as a space where you can work holistically on your vision. Including your body, your mind and your soul, to find a path forward that fully resonates with you. Healthy routines through out your day help you to stay energised and full of power to enjoy everyday from it’s fullest. To reach your goals and everything else you wish to archive. Healthy routines help you to stay focused and connected to direct your energy and frequency towards your dreams. Healthy routines help you to save time and energy to keep you on your way without getting distracted. From time to time it is also healthy to break your routines or slightly change them to boost your system and challenge yourself. It is about getting every day one step better then the day before, to also stay flexible, to keep yourself aligned and to enjoy life. Do you have a morning routine?
